The vote in Perry County was to allow Buckhorn Lake State Park to sell alcohol. The park and 1,200-acre lake is nestled in a dry precinct about 50 miles (80 kilometers) from the Virginia border.
The Tuesday vote ended in 155-155 tie. State law allows tie votes to be settled with a coin flip.

it landed on heads and all 4 people in the town cheered. You gotta be some kinda miserable to vote to keep a place dry these days.

Ha. I've been there. Super Bible belt and an absolute shite hole. We went in the dead of winter so it was all closed down. Had some golden eye ducks in the middle of the lake in a huge raft. I think alcohol would do the place some good.
What was the outcome?
