SUVs (real SUVs and station wagons in this category) and trucks don't just dominate the market, they ARE the market.
The replacement for the 3-box sedan will be the 4-door coupe designs, which itself is a form of station wagon (or hatchback).

The inside is nice on the Navigator, but not $40k over a Denali nicer. Stupid price on those things, and the wheels are ghetto as frick.

We own a Top of the line Caddilac Excalade Platunum...loaded paid $106,000 for it. We are trading it in on a Lincoln Navigator Black Reserve next month. The Caddy is very nice, but the Navigator's interior was actually surprisingly nicer. We will get different rims, as I hate the ones on the one we test drive. But that is a simple swap out. We will be in it at $88,000. Looking forward to it...
