Last year or the year before they did Christmas in Mississippi which was shot in Gulfport.

I can recall some scenes where people were decked out in winter clothes and sweating at night.

They had some scenes that were shot at Island View Casino.

But yeah, plots are nearly all the same. Middle aged recently divorced woman with child comes home and unexpectedly finds love around the holidays. Then lives happily ever after with new love.

I got a plot twist for you. Here is my New Iberia take, Jody Saves Christmas about an oilfield bawette who needs to find a new love so her six children can have a decent Christmas after she lost it all at the casino. She goes to every New Iberia bar in the search for Mr right. Then her husband comes home Christmas Day and finds his wife in bed with another man.

I have a small, cameo role as a psychopath who licks her feet

Everyone in it will Have Savannah, Georgia accents.

I did a little research and the producer of this movie and a lot of other lifetime movies is not from Hollywood. He's a baw that lives in Madisonville. It's possible he reads this site and is aware of this thread
