I always thought it would be kind of cool to spend 6 months or a year in a place like this. everything about it would be totally foreign to me.

They are scoffed at for telling landowners that they can't dig a pond on their own land or that a land clearing company can't cut down a tree because of an owl. Not because toxic waste is being dumped into waterways.

Where hope revolves around maybe one day moving out of the old gray tenement to the newer 30 year old yellow tenement down the street with a patio where you can spend the day or night gazing outside andimagining a real life patio garden outside and the times you’d have, oh, the grand times you’d have.
