License Plate Lookup

is there a way to lookup the owner of a vehicle with their license plate number without being a cop? Someone on freeway almost caused several accidents this morning.

Should have called the police immediately if you had the license plate number. The officer would have to observe the person doing something illegal or reckless in order to do something about it.
If you just want to invite the driver to Sonic, that is fine, too.

Yes, they have online sites but it costs around $30-40

I called state police but they didn’t have anyone eastbound in that area. This guy was insane and lucky folks aren’t dead.
