2015 they decided Gardere needed sidewalks. July 2017 they said after all the red tape they were ready to start. Feb. 2018 nothing yet.

Meanwhile they can put in miles of bike paths and avoid delays even if they have to misuse federal funds.

Typical EBR.

They may as well add a center turn lane while they are at it.

Who is running that place?

All I hear is how the new administration is racists and hates whitey. Now they are building Whitey bike paths and neglecting black people...doesn't sound racists to me.

Or maybe there is more to this.

Kip built part of the bike path to L'auberge by misusing federal funds. That's public record.

Now the are filling in the gap.

The Gardere sidewalks were brought up years ago and nothing has been done.

It's all about who you know I guess.
