Vermillion Bay area sees a hurricane on average every 13 years
- Last one there, I believe, was Hurricane Lili in 2002 (17 years ago)

The Terrebonne/St. Mary area sees one ever 8 years on average
- Wasn't the last one there Andrew back in 1992, 27 years ago?

The Lafourche/Terrebonne area sees one every 7 years on average
- Last one there, I believe, was Gustav in 2008 (11 years ago)

SELA is overdue, baws.

True. I forgot about Issac in 2012. He came right up Terrebonne’s arse.

Hurricane Isaac was a pussy. It had a low barometric pressure and was a strong storm but the winds didn't catch up and it barely made hurricane strength. It drove some water into the southwest corner of Lake Pontchartrain, caused some flooding in the La Place area, and a pretty rough night in metro New Orleans. But the storm is best known for Jim Cantore and Al Roker having gay sex live on the streets of New Orleans during the storm.

Hope we're not making you late for your speech to the local kindergarten where you tell them that one day their parents and their pets will die, Mister Sunshine.

It would suck if EBR got hit with a torrential downpour this week
