Yeah I'm usually in that range. I have a monitor and I'm 100/66 with pulse 76 and I'm 2 cups of coffee in right now.

I've never had any problems with it

I had the opposite problem, a couple years ago mine got so high it triggered a stroke. I'm on Amlodipine and Carvedilol now and mine usually runs around 130/80 or so. Definitely keep in touch with your doctor about it and monitor it regularly

I’m not on any such medication, but do walk 10-12 miles a day,

I think you can walk a mile in 15 minutes ish. That’s quite a commitment unless you are walking around for work like that.

The higher the number the better the pressure

You old timers need to step your numbers up

For the first time ever my blood pressure is running high. I’m usually a solid 117/78. Yesterday it read 140/90. I know a lot of it is stress and chronic knee pain. And because of knee issues, I can’t exercise like I used to.

I’m hoping that increasing water intake and just doing whatever exercise I can will help bring it down.

I also blame these stupid fricking masks we still have to wear out here.

My blood pressure was 160/105 at one point.

I stopped drinking and partying so much and ate better cutting out sugar and lots of sodium, lost 25 lbs, and with no medication it was 130/80 last I checked a week ago.

Not everyone is blessed with high testosterone.

Clomid helps if your doc isn’t ready to write the prescription for TRT. Deal with 2 chronic auto immune conditions and the meds that counters it wears down most non vital body functions, including T production.

I’m always walking, but not at 4 miles per hour, more like 1-2.

This is now my life as well. I'm on 20mg of lisinopril twice a day. 160/82 this morning. I'm fully caffeinated right now. Lower number has improved (was 160/110 at one point) but the higher number is still bouncing a lot.

Doesn’t your doctor know what the frick is going on? Didn’t he prescribe the medicine? Why are you clueless about this?

Sheesh. Age/weight? Might be time for doc to change up your meds

My heart rate was 66 and I have no symptoms of high BP; no headaches, dizziness, chest pain. No feeling my pulse in my ears. I go back in 2 weeks for another check.

Hopefully back to normal by then.

Careful with that stuff.

Might want to get a note from your doctor just in case.

As far as I know, as long as you don’t feel weak, low b/p is fine

Physical activity usually lowers your blood pressure. I'm on meds and I'll usually get dizzy at some point during my workouts. Hopefully I'm at a point where I can get off of them soon. If it freaks you out, just check in with your doc. I'm a heart attack survivor, so it's not something I take lightly.
