Iran doesn't trade much with the US so it doesn't translate to us giving them more money.

It's also worth noting that we didn't really "give" them money they weren't legally entitled to anyway. It's a return of money that Iran paid the US back in 1978 or so for military equipment that the US refused to deliver after the revolution took place. Understandably, the Iranians wanted it back plus 35 years or so of interest.

I'd give money to go towards a bomb to drop on their arse.
