this is a matter of biology, not perception. your body craves water or something that will help it retain water (salt)
hell, a lot of our perception of hunger is our body seeking water (from the food itself)

I promise you, if I'm really hungry, and someone offers me a steak and lobster, or a pack of crackers, I choose the former every time.
well yeah if your body needs protein, you'll pick the protein-packed food first. that's not what i said. i was speaking of hydration

You need help man. I know all of that. I'm just saying that a meal at Gautreaus's instead of McDonald's and sex with a person you have a real connection with instead of a random one frick are completely different in the human experience. It isn't all logic, passion has to play a part.

you're ok with telling some dude you don't know on the internet that the drug you recommend for him is at best "possibly safe"?

I've been on pristiq for two years now, by far the best one with minimal side effects..i loss 20 pounds on it though

You can choose to be a midget?

you're not paying attention
i already said if you have a steady supply of sex, then that's not the same discussion. i listed various ways to get this, including a s/o
you're trying to warp my statements to conform to your argument. that's a strawman, sir

i can go to the 9th ward, NLC, or SLC and i guarantee you that perception of quality would change

logic is about making the rational choice
making the "passionate" choice is seen as romantic but it's often the irrational, wasteful choice
we just justify it by creating a narrative that defends our choice (romance is a great example for this discussion)

Well there is a fundamental difference in the way your body process masturbation and sex. From the nerve endings to the chemicals released in the brain

Take a poll, and ask every person posting in here if they are really hungry, and are offered a steak and lobster or a pack of crackers, which one would they choose. Then, we can decide which one of us is the normal functioning human.

Then you're missing my point. I'm giving you an analogy for actual sex vs. masturbation.

Yes there is. It's science.

What do you want to know?
Posted on 9/15/14 at 6:21 pm to SlowFlowPro
I consider myself to be of average intelligence, but I'm way smarter than my parents. They are stupid as frick in the "book smart" sense . I have no idea how they make as much money as they do.
They thought I was genius or some shite because I made a 3.8 in high school and a 24 on the ACT. At first I thought they were just being nice/proud or whatever, but now I think they believe I am very intelligent.

no, you're not. you're picking 2 vastly different food choices that
1. are not comparable to sex and masturbation
and
2. represent valuable foods for 2 vastly different nutritional deficiencies and how your body craves afterwards
comparing the 2 in this instance would be like paying $5/lb for sirloin ground beef for hamburgers or $25/lb for kobe beef

That's not his actual name. It's a joke

That's harsh SFP.
Why wouldn't you give your child all the help they would need to be successful? And what if they're smart and have a shitty teacher and need tutoring to get through it??
