You can have the Devil's pit up north. This is more fun to study.
Who do you think now has the art? Arab Sheiks? Russian gangsters or Putin? IRA? Chinese? Or are they possibly hidden in a warehouse somewhere?

I think they pretty much know who did it.

You'll find them in S's private gallery.

I lived in Boston for several years and visited the ISG a couple of times, and it's fascinating.
Not only is the museum itself beautiful, but they have left everything alone since the heist (Isabella herself requested that they not change a single thing), so there are just empty frames.
Gorgeous space and worth the trip if you're there. Free entry on your birthday or if your name is Isabella

They do know who did it but they don't know where the paintings are. Personally, I believe they're in the middle east somewhere. Some filthy rich Arab oil person probably has them.

I’m confused, Isabella herself told them to leave it as after the heist? Or ever?
It’s a fascinating story. I listened to the last seen podcast about it and read the fbi art theft agents book with a chapter about it busy still haven’t finished the Netflix show.

She died before the heist. Her will included a million dollar endowment (and it was written back in the 20s so that was a whole lot of money) with the stipulation that the permanent collection not be significantly altered. Therefore, after the heist, they left the collection as was in order to honor her wishes.
She lived on the 4th floor, the rest was her gallery. The 4th floor is offices now, I think, but the rest of the museum is almost exactly how she left it. It's awesome.

Watched a documentary last year on YouTube and just read a book on it. They know who the thieves were but I asked where do you think they are now.
