Not everyone there was innocent. The ones who started and took part in the fighting and shooting are guilty and should be prosecuted. The ones who were caught in in the crossfire and had nothing to do with the fight are innocent.
Imagine you're at a bar and watching a LSU and Bama game. You and all your friends have on your LSU gear. Outside in the parking lot a fight breaks out between some Bama fans and LSU fans. You and your friends have norhing to do with eh fight and never go outside. You don't even know the guys who are fighting.
Should you and your friends be arrested for taking part in the fight?
Thats basically what happened in Waco. There were guilty parties and they were arrested and I have no problem with that. What I don't agree with is the over 100 innocent people who were rounded up and had their lives destroyed.

Everyone there involved in an MC knew exactly what was going on. If they didn't have direct knowledge (which I highly doubt) they are still part of an organized crime syndicate and were accessories to the crime. Either way they should be hammered. Throw the book at them.

Yeah. One thing that's disturbed me is that the judge over these cases, the same judge that out a gag order on defense lawyers, is a former law partner to the Waco DA handling the case. How is that even possible?
