Wouldn't this have an opposite effect?
Say a girl consents prior. Then changes her mind later. Ethically yes you should stop like he says.
But due to having a consent legal contract, you could rape her and have legal evidence to consent. So you'd likely get away with it.

Eventually, this ridiculousness may become a reality. It sounds so outlandish to even think about but I can actually envision a world where all sex is recorded and it is automatically saved to a cloud requiring both parties to consent to open the file (i.e., some heavily multi-layer encrypted, iris scanning type security).
The fact that this is even a possibility is shameful.

So say a guy picks a girl up, they talk about having sex and both sign the app..they go to dinner and a movie, then go back to his place and the minute he walks into the door he forces himself on the girl. She tries to get away but he holds her down and has sex with her. Is it still consent because they both signed it before the date?
