Haynes was not the only image consultant employed by Cantrell in 2019. She also paid $7,950 to Erica Warren and gave Warren another $11,500 in 2020. Of the $156,927 collected by Cantrell in 2020, she paid $132,000, 84.5% of every dollar raised, to her eight consultants and campaign staff.
Vernon Haynes is/was with NOPD. Tanya owns a salon and supplements her income with Toya campaign dollars. What a shitshow of corruption.

She was doing her best to deflect and show how good the city has been doing.
I am sorry not every one gets to live in a city provided guarded French Quarter apartment with a boy toy lover that works on the city payroll and gets paid to spend time with you. Then you break out the city platinum card to go jet setting around the world in 1st class with your staff and your lover who sit in coach.
All that was missing from the Press Conference was an all out denial of a sexual relationship between Vappie and the Mayor, but affirmation that they are friends and spend time together when he is her bodyguard.
