Leaving for Disney in the morning. Prayers requested!

Driving the family over to DisneyWorld tomorrow. Breaking up the drive over two days. Grandparents also going but they aren’t very helpful with the kids. It’s been about five years since we’ve been. My boys, 11 and 7 are super excited. Wife wants to bring the 16 month old girl. I argued and lost so that should be interesting!

Have a blast. Remember it's for the kids. Even if it's a pain for you look at how much fun they're having. Why be rushed, your on vacation.

To be clear I actually love Disney and am looking forward to it. It’s the long drive with three kids that will probably suck. The wife is my partner for life so yeah she’s allowed an opinion and it’s respected. I hate how much Disney costs but it’s part of the experience. We’ve all been through it. Thanks for the actual helpful advice guys!

The harder you try, the worse and more pissed off you gonna be. Just go with the flo. Suck it up and do whatever your wife and boys want to do. Even if that means standing in lines for hours for overrated rides. When you feel you're ready to pop or kill someone, just tell yourself it will be over soon. The kids are gonna love it, so enjoy watching them.

We’ll be there over a Mardi Gras. Everything is planned and set.
Don’t listen to the haters without kids on here. It can feel like work getting through it but just try to enjoy it. Kids eat it up. Disney isn’t my #1 choice for a vacation, We’re a Nationsl Parks type family... but every few years we go so each of our kids can experience it when they’re around 6. This will be our second trip One more time after this and we’re done!
