I do believe that she wasn’t intentionally put into the ants.

“She became noncompliant again”. I’d say so
“I mean I feel like we responded quickly. Approximately 13 seconds after telling us about the ants we attempted to move her to the patrol car. Wasn’t like she was already covered at that point so we were just going to move the ants to the car.”

If you can watch that and agree with the cops actions you are deeply disturbed and there is no place for you in a civilized society.

Never go by tangerine’s description or take on a situation or article. He wants posters here to question cops when it’s a white person involved, so he can play race card and hypocrisy when a black violently resists arrest is shot.
Her own attorney admits she was sentenced/plead deal of deferred adjudication for running from cops like she did in a school zone during pick up time when kids getting out of school. Reading comment from a cop it seems she was known to one of them. Not sure if that’s negative in regards to her past dealings with the cop or not.

What police say happened
Santa Fe ISD Police Chief Ruben Espinoza said he stopped Rogers that day because she tried to make an illegal turn into the school parking lot. Espinoza said Rogers became irate, ignored him and drove toward the back parking lot. He said another officer tried to stop her.
"When she [the officer] gave the description of the vehicle, I immediately knew who it was. So, I approached the intersection and observed Miss Rogers fleeing," Espinoza said. "She was also passing a vehicle in the grassy area on the right side when I tried to get in front of her to stop. She didn’t, put her vehicle in reverse, and fled from me.”
Rogers said she didn't stop because she was scared after the officer pounded on her vehicle and pointed a gun at her. She said she didn't know what to do because her son was in the car.
That's when Espinoza said he used his car to stop Rogers and SFPD officers pulled her from the vehicle and placed her in cuffs.
The police chief shared images of Rogers' arrest, saying no fire ant beds were visible.![]()
He said the body camera video shared by Kallinen is misleading and Rogers was treated with "respect and dignity."
"They stopped the clip that they provided to you. The officer says, 'Calm down and we will lift you up,'" Espinoza said. "At that point, she said, 'OK I will calm down,' and they lifted her up immediately."
According to Espinoza, Rogers later pleaded guilty to the charges associated with fleeing from police. Kallinen said she was sentenced to deferred adjudication.
The officers involved were found to have acted appropriately, according to Kallinen.
As far as the ants No one deserves that, and I am not sure if cops acted quickly and properly after seeing the ants. She was causing issues before being cuffed and it’s possible they ignored her initial reactions to ants thinking it was just the same. They could have delayed situation would obviously put them in the wrong. I think cams after the cut off will show more on that. Due to duty of care at a minimum she may be due reimbursement for medical expenses and any lost wages due to ant bites, but it seems like she got herself arrested and a valid arrest at that including the cuffing on the ground involved and the ants were an accident and not done on purpose or known to be there beforehand. If cops delayed helping her than more awarded but not the amounts thrown around. She got herself arrested and in situation at least to the ground.
She seems pretty white trashy. I am wondering if her baby daddy is a black guy she barely knew due to the way she keeps mentioning now she flees due to not knowing what to do with her son in the car and mentioning concern his civil rights violated.
She will be arrested again and waste any award she gets. That’s what trash ends up doing white or black.
