One of the underrated parts of tonight was Stephanie Abrams yelling really rudely at some guy to get back inside over and over and it ended up being the Golden Nugget GM.

High winds and rain over last 20 minutes, I live “nearish” ash as well. Still have power so far but we have another 12 hours of this

Brett saying not quite as extreme as they thought it'd be. That looked pretty damn extreme. Daylight will bring more destruction. But I guess they were expecting more water. I'm glad they won't be getting more water or at least those catastrophic storm surge predictions.

Power just went out for me east of Opelousas. Went to sleep around 2:20, got woke up to everything going off at 3. The wind really picked up.
