I don’t think I’d call these quality of life violations. It sounds like regular laws that may just not being enforced right now?
When I hear “quality of life violations” I think of some crazy social score bullshite they are doing in China.

Im wondering if I can issue the city a citation for having these CAT 314E excavators parked in front of my house for the past 3.5 months, even during IDA, blocking my storm drain and my busted up sidewalk and street?
With Halloween right around the corner and our street has a lot of traffic that night and there's so much construction going on I wish they would just block off the whole intersection/block that night so no one gets hurt.
I'm happy that the streets and sidewalks and handicap ramps are being repaired but man its taking a lot longer than they said it would and it's not because of IDA....there are days where they dont even show up when the weather is perfect....they are jumping around from project to project because they dont have the manpower.

Wasn’t it a city official that was to damn lazy to actually inspect the hard rock hotel that eventually fell and didn’t the following investigation uncover other city inspectors that didn’t do their jobs just pencil whipped shite. Ya let’s get city employees to police these situations.

Sounds like you live in a shitty area.
I don't have to worry about storm drains here. We drain naturally, being above the poors and all.

She would rather give the property owner with car parked on the street in front of their house a violation for littering shattered glass on the street in front of their house, instead of stopping/arresting the a-hole who is breaking into people’s cars.
