What's the story on the 2 grocery stores closing in the FQ? The decades old ones. Was it really Covid related or were they not delivery like others? A newer big name competitor close by?

I'm sure it's mostly Covid. Lot's of people have second/vacation homes in the quarter and shop at little places like that. That and the lack of any real amounts of tourist for almost a year causes things like this to happen.

Here’s my theory. Latoya fricking sucks.
Most of the apartments in the quarter were either tourism industry employees (waiters, bartenders, strippers, etc). The others were short term rentals. Tenants couldn’t pay rent so they were removed. Visitors stopped coming.
Units are available all over the quarter.
Grocery business drops off.
I believe in science.
