Difference here is I'll gladly admit the guy MAY HAVE been an a-hole. Thing is, I have absolutely no evidence of anything other than what we actually see in the video. so without that, all I can go by is why we actually see and hear.
You, on the other hand, have, without any evidence, determined he was absolutely an a-hole because of your normal desire to play contrarian. This, despite knowing LaToya's reputation for being an absolute terror to people with whom she disagrees.

It’s Convenient that all of a sudden one cannot apply logic with out seeing the whole video. Of course that just feeds your own bias. I get it.

Seriously? The berates anyone who disagrees with her. That is why on one on the council opposes her. She can't accept being questioned and will target those who question her.
One of the best examples is her calling NOLA.com and berating the reporters because they exposed her lies on the tax dollars. Since then Georges has kept his people from going after her and they only write promo pieces.

On the clock? She is always on the clock. You asked for her confronting people and I gave you her calling a reporter and leaving a voice-mail telling the reporter not to do their job because it hurt her.
We have her confronting a citizen and having her body guards tower over and intimidate him.
She lectured the protestors last year because they dared to show up and protest in front of her house because of her inaction.
The phase Ta-Two was her not giving an answer and instead mocking a reporter.
She can't handle being questioned. She is always on the clock when she is in this city. A citizen dared question Latoya and you are siding with Latoya that she shouldn't be questioned. Clown world we live in.
