I know grammar is hard for you, but again, in American English, the punctuation goes inside the quotation marks. Also, I believe you meant 'living,' although the sentence structure here also makes it difficult to follow. We are going to get you speaking perfect American English in no time!
Also, you 100% don't understand what gender dysphoria is. I would suggest you look at what the DSM-V says about the disorder and use those guidelines, as we reference those guidelines in clinic.

The Kyiv Independent was founded by journalists who were dismissed from the Kyiv Post after the owner attempted to control the newsroom.

You should link the Wikipedia of the Kyiv Independent, quote the parts about its history, and then reflect on whether you want to continue with the 'Ukrainian Government owns the Kyiv Independent' argument angle. Or, as always, you could stop posting for a bit and reflect on whether what you are posting is representative of reality. In addition, maybe reflect on your internet arguing skills, which are remarkably poor.
