Certainly not as much as Russia is taking. But if you can give me some numbers I’ll do the math for you

One dead, one injured as Russian drones keep hunting down civilians in Kherson

02.06.2025 19:34

A Russian drone attacked a medical vehicle in Kherson, killing the driver and injuring two medics.

The regional military administration reported this via Telegram, Ukrinform saw.

"At around 17:00, Russians attacked a medical vehicle with a drone in the center of Kherson," the report reads.

As noted, the vehicle burned to the ground as a result of the attack.

According to the administration, the driver was fatally injured. Two medics survived the attack, having sustained various injuries.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Independent International Commission of Inquiry into Crimes in Ukraine concluded that drone attacks by Russian armed forces on civilians on the right bank of the Dnipro in Kherson region qualify as crimes against humanity.

Shocking....41 planes were not hit yesterday like the NAFO trolls were insisting. GOP_TIGER even made a cameo to celebrate a failed mission Ukraine had a opportunity to do significant damage and they screwed up the operation. 300 drones and only 4 planes damaged

Over the last 9 days, the Russians have taken 263.3 sq km, which is approximately 29.26 sq km per day, or 877 sq km per month, not the mythical 1,000 sq km you posted.

At a rate of 877 sq km per month, it will take Russia 550.79 months or 45.83 years to capture the rest of Ukraine.

29.26 sq km per day is equivalent to a square 3.36 miles per side.

How many Russian lives per KM?

The real numbers will eventually emerge so stop trying to convince everyone you or your “sources” know what they are.

You're in favor of Open Borders? Noted.

The Ukrainian border is hardly "sealed," but military-age men are not allowed to leave the country without permission... just like in Russia... and the US when we had a draft during wars, and every other country on the planet.

This desperate Ukro hack.

1000s of videos of Ukros being shoved in the vans, vs barely anything out of Russia.

Show me 10 videos of Russian forced mobilization and I'll do the same for Ukros. See how long it takes each of us to find them.

If only we could ship and package rabid urkosimps for Zelensky to be put to use.

Ukros can't leave Ukraine if they're military age. Russians can. In fact, Ukros flee to Russia to avoid forced mobilization in Ukraine.

More hackery.

Oh, the fricking irony!

(Apparently, you can't post in Russian on this site, which adds another layer of irony)

Gee, I wonder why there's so little video of what goes on in Russia?

The state controls internet access, remember? Just like North Korea (well... in that case nobody has it except Kim, but Russia will get there...)

Because I know math is hard for some people...

We'll use your numbers...

Your numbers, not mine.

Btw, your numbers don't show an exponential increase in the rate of capture by Russia.

You really got me there.

See, suddenly your 80 years to capture Ukraine fallcy is now 45 years, and let's say those gains keep doubling. Then it's 22 years, and they go up some more- its' 5-8 years.

In an attrition warfare these kinds of movements are unusual. This is not some stalemate, but one side effectively eliminating positions and personnel and moving forward.

Russia's main objective is to landlock Ukros and deny them all the land east of Dnipro along with Odessa. Then let Ukraine do what Ukraine does best- turmoil, loot, corrupt and eventually get resorbed by nations around it.

Ukraine is taking about 1/15 or 1/20 in terms of land Russia gains. I can give you any number of time data points.

Only outliers in the last 2 years is Kursk operation for a couple of days, but after that it went back to Ukraine losing land every day.
