. I have no beef with NATO as long as the Europeans meet the required obligations.
I’m fine with this. Believe it or not I’m fine with people not wanting us to “get involved” too although none of them can seem to answer the question of what the harm is in giving Ukraine purely defensive technology or support, for instance. But a good portion of posters (mostly on the Poliboard) are now echoing tankie talking points about us being too mean to BRICS. These were the same people calling French fries freedom fries 20 years ago and telling Iraqi war critics to get out of ‘Murica if they didn’t like it.
Has anyone else noticed that Trump has not spoken out against the Biden administration's decision to let Ukraine actually use the weapons that we have provided to them?

President "Fuera" isn't down with BRICS mainly due China.
The only economy in that group ascending is India.
There wouldn't be a BRICS without a London investment banker having created a trading widget and coined the term.

I'm sure that you spent civics class flinging boogers at other students instead of paying attention, but we live in a constitutional Republic, and our government is elected by and represents the people. Our government is of the people and by the people.
If you think that our government is fundamentally evil, then you hate your country and are anti-American trash. Period.
Are you for real with this shite or just trolling?
The government is not "fundamentally evil". But the people currently running it are. The Deep State corrupts the people who are elected. Those who don't go along are subject to all kinds of false accusations. Just look at what is happening to Trump's appointees. There are very few in Congress who have been able to stand against the Deep State. Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Thomas Massie, Mike Lee are a few of them.

Yeah, you voted for Reagan, but then you got woke and realized that your own government was bad. You learned to hate your country.
Tragic.
Yeah, you're just trolling.
Our government has done, and continues to do, bad things.
Hopefully Trump can stem the tide.

Why would Trump pull out of NATO because a non NATO country misused weapons we gave them???
I don't see how the two are related.

To punish the Deep State, MIC and all the neo-con grifters who are using Ukraine for money laundering.

What are your thoughts on the 51 intelligence officials who said the Biden laptop was Russian disinformation? Which we factually know, without any argument otherwise, that was complete and utter bullshite.
What was on that laptop? I saw the PT thread where someone posted the contents, and beyond sex pics... as one poster there said "where's the proof of anything we were told was here?" That was the disinformation... the claims that it contained things it absolutely did not... or can you point us to the smoking guns?

What are your thoughts are the Russia-Steele Dossier? Which we factually know, without any argument otherwise, that was complete and utter bullshite.
The Steele Dossier was commissioned as opposition research on Trump by someone who hoped to sell it to opponents in the Republican Primary, but none of them would pay for it so it they offered it to the Clinton campaign. It was a collection of rumors, which is what those things are... it happens in every election. See Hunter's laptop that you mentioned above.

What are your thoughts on Trump winning the election? I know Putin factually endorsed Kamala Harris so that has to sting a bit.
Putin saying he didn't want Trump to win: "PLEASE DON'T THROW ME IN THAT BRIAR PATCH!!!"
Though the best thing to happen for Putin is for Americans to distrust their government and hate each other... so he wins no matter what these days.

How is Biden going to return the nuclear weapons that Russia got from Ukraine back to Ukraine, exactly?

And they have these summits where it's obvious that they can't really cooperate, don't really have the same interests and don't even particularly like each other.

At this point, as the incoming President, he would have to be briefed that it was happening, at the least...

I was born in 1951. Russia backed N Korea and Russian military killed Americans fighting with UN forces to keep all of Korea from going Communist.
Many believe our resolve gave Joe Stalin second thoughts and he stopped moving West at what became the iron curtain.
Stalin gave the go-ahead for Kim to invade South Korea out of fear that the US was building up the South to invade and conquer North Korea... it was a preemptive strike in his mind.
Why did he think this? Because there had been constant fighting the entire time on a small scale.
South Korea was under the control of Syngman Rhee, an earlier President of Korea in the Japanese occupation days who had become an instant dictator in the South at the conclusion of WWII. Kim Il Sung was a leader of the Korean resistance to Japanese occupation and that earlier collusionist government so the two hated each other and were naturally fighting for control.
The things is... we didn't like Rhee... we were just stuck with him, but we didn't like his aggression, so we kind of pulled back material support and stationed forces just a bit, and created the opening for Kim to invade. And we had to send troops because while the NK military was organized and professional and well-trained, Rhee's forces were the opposite and collapsed pretty easily.
But yes, the stalemate did unsettle Stalin.
I'm not sure Stalin really wanted "Western Europe" under his control, because it would've been more a headache... as the population was used to decadence and freedom.
And actually, one reason for Kim in NK now saying "reunification is not really possible" is that he thinks South Korean Westernized popular culture has so "infected" the minds of its population that it would a threat to his rule... they would never accept "North Korean Culture" with him as a deity, and they would spread that into the North Korean population.

When DJT Jr wins an election or has an official position in the administration, he'll count.
DJT Sr is never shy about expressing his opinion on anything. The fact that he's silent on this is significant by its omission.

I swear some of you have brains smaller than a slug.
There is no chance the US will leave NATO. I fully support Trump in his efforts to make the NATO member states pay their agreed-upon portion.
I challenge you to provide just one direct quote from Trump, in which he floated the possibility of leaving NATO and I'm not talking about "Unnamed sources say", provide a direct quote, bet you can't.

Trump, the man himself, said to Joe Rogan that the "Deep State" is just the giant bureaucracy, nothing more. Phuck Ron Paul, the dude is a fraud, and always has been.
Put down the Stupid Phucker Tucker crack pipe. He's all about getting market share for his own bank account, nothing more, nothing less. A shitton of these new (fake) truth tellers are doing the same thing. That niche market began when they saw how Alex Jones was making bank with fake "hair on fire" news. Then again, maybe you like going to Greenwald's gay brothels in Rio.
