You just make that assumption because I don’t share your doom and gloom theories. Russia is a bully. What do you do to a bully? You stand up to him. I have no desire to invade Russia but they are the aggressor here killing and raping many Ukrainian women and children but I never hear you say anything about them. Russia is the invader they need to be beaten back and if they were ever unhinged enough to use battlefield nukes your god damn right they need to be destroyed.

You do realize that even if China wanted to use it as an excuse to invade Taiwan it has to fit into one of the few 3-4 week periods were the strait is crossable. There are 2 such periods all year and that’s it. If we aren’t in one of those 3-4 week periods then there is zero threat of China invading. I think one is spring and the other sometime during fall. There will be zero surprise if they ever attack Taiwan. The world will see it coming with even more forewarning than we had with Russia-Ukraine.

He has no knowledge of anything tactical. He just screams China will invade Taiwan like they can just snap their fingers and it’s done. Crossing 100 miles for an amphibious landing in notoriously rough seas would be close to impossible and if they did they would suffer tens of thousands of casualties before they ever touched the beach on Taiwan. Of course the Chinese are like the Russians in that casualty numbers are not a factor for them. They have no care for their own soldier’s lives.
