I live in Paducah Kentucky. Would I save a significant amount of money by looking elsewhere? Nashville is 2hrs down the street. I'm paying cash if that changes anything. If 4 thousand sounds right then so be it. I know you guys are pretty good at this sort of thing so that's why I'm asking here. Thanks

Most places I’ve seen are between $900 and $1100 per eye. So $4k seems high.

Do you want discount eye surgery?

I paid $3,400 in Baton Rouge so $4,000 is not out of whack

Well I'm not scared to drive to New Orleans if it's the best. That's a significant amount of difference.

Depends on how many surgeries they've done. I think it's fair if they are considered an expert by other members of their field.

I'd recommend them. Had contacts with Rx of -5.50 in one eye and -6.0 in the other....couldn't see for shite

As of my last post-lasik follow up with their office, I had 20/10. Everything still good 3 years later

He may be a ginger but Singer knows his LASIK and loves him some tapas. It was $750 per eye plus upgrades for some corneal topography to fine tune his machine. I paid about 2 G's several years back. 4 large in KY sounds like you're getting reamed.

I paid $5k back in 2001 or 2002 for my wife. Didn't skimp on eyes. Doctor was one of the guys who helped create the procedure. I wanted the best of the best and he was it.
