A very sad but honest indictment on the state of New Orleans and other liberal strongholds just like it. They will eventually devolve into mad max wastelands and shanty towns, and then they can wallow in their own garbage till their heart’s delight for what anyone else cares anymore. Even dogs know better than to shite where they sleep, but apparently some humans don’t know any better than that.

When I lied in NO (1990's), you never locked your car doors. Just make sure there was nothing valuable in the car.
