What if I said I mentioned Gary, and they didn't air it? Do I at least get a six pack?

Say he saw Gary Chambers drop off the dead dog?

shite no. Gravy would have taken it to a Chinese restaurant and gotten a dogs worth of general tso "chicken" to take home.

Gravy up in here with the down voting

I wish gravy would come talk to us
he won't let us talk to him on his Facebook. For a large and in charge man who wants to have an "open dialogue" about race relations, he sure does go out of his way to stay in his bubble.

It's probably Daryl you know the only dumb frick that thought Johnny Jones was a good coach

Link is up on wbrz. Honestly though, a little disappointed. They made it sound like I found a dog in a lake, and then management took care of it. Nothing about it being in the lake for 11 days, or them dragging the body from one part of the lake to another. Or being talked to several times from several different people. Or their response being "let it float till it sinks".

Great job!
"Screw it, I'm done with it" is my new mantra.

I was embarrassed that such a trivial story was carried on one of the two prominent local TV channel news.
It like something right out of Mayberry.

Reality is, no one gives a shite about a dead dog floating in a lake at a complex no one has heard of.

Yeah, wasn't very hard hitting. That's the media for you. Lakeside must have done something to soften the blow. At least TD knows the truth.

Very disappointing
Sounded like a promo for the complex
Reverse effect

Reality is if the dead dog floating in the lake bothered someone so much, they should have gotten it out themselves and not bitched for others to do it.
This is just another example of the wussification of America, and to think it made the local news.

I wouldn't go that far. It was an entertaining story. I didn't mean to shite on the OP.
I meant in the context of the evening news. Perfect topic for an internet message board. In the context of Baton Rouge and the evening news, no one gives a shite.

Question. Would you pay someone $1000 to clean a septic tank, and then go clean it yourself instead but still pay them the money?
ETA: and it's a lot more than just this one incident. This whole mess is indicative of how they handle this complex. And do you not find it sick that close to two weeks ago, they saw the dogs body being in close sight of potential new tenants, them dragging the body out of the lake, and then throwing it back in the lake where other residents can see it?

From the sounds of it, I think this story was plan B. They had something better but it fell through.
