Doesn't go on your record. It's a civil violation. If you don't pay it, they send it to a collection agency.

Corner of silverstone and Camellia is gestapo central for those damn cameras. Those cameras were the only things working during the flood. They sent me one from that Friday. Like I needed something else to be throw away.

dont pay it. private company attempting to charge you for a service that you didn't agree to have them render upon you. they will threaten with collection agency and bullshite like that, but they cant do jack shite. your credit will be fine
