Most people here would agree Laffy is a nicer place to live than BR. Let's not go into why.

Or maybe the city isn't bound by natural barriers, therefore it can expand outwards rather than needing to expand upwards. It's cheaper to build out, than up.

Compared to when I used to go out a lot which was like 09-14ish downtown isn’t nearly as wild anymore. I think they are trying to get away from it being just a bar hopping strip.


Btw Central Pizza is fricking amazing if you guys haven’t tried it yet.

I went to ULL and I find 75% there to be annoying. I can understand that. They have the little brother complex. And then LSU people get into it with them, and it goes back and forth forever.
