Guy threw his cigarette butt on the ground. Cop says pick it up. Guy says there are 100 cigarette butts on the ground and he wasnt picking it up. That was the wrong thing to do apparently. Guy got maced at point blank range in the eyes while being choked from behind. Once they got him on the ground, 5 different cops decided he needed some persuasion with their batons. True police brutality on Jefferson St in front of everyone.
I really think it's irrelevant whether he was black or white. If you throw trash on the ground and a cop sees you and asks you to pick it up...don't you think the reasonable response would be to simply pick it up?

no,
its obviously, "there's already alot of trash on the streets and you didnt see those people littering, so why should i pick my butt up just because you saw me littering?"

Whether he is right or wrong, when a cop tells you "I am about to handle my business if you don't quit talking", What do you expect if you keep screeching at him?

Yes, but that guy didnt deserve to get his shite kicked in like that either. He wasnt some thug mouthing off. He simply refused to obey the badge.
