I went Mt. Carmel then VC until my junior year. Not exactly a solid foundation to move to ESA from.

no doubt about this. my little sister and her friends are incredibly competitive about getting better grades than one another.

the one thing my parents complain about is the school's, or at least admission's obsession of pointing kids to obscure private schools up north and what not. they tend to down play closer, more realistic college options in favor of weird private schools you and i have never heard of.

You can buy my house in Broussard. We are looking to move closer to Lafayette so it will be easier to take my daughter to AES downtown next year.

Depends on where you/so will work, what schools kids will attend and the type of hood you prefer.

South by the Perry bridge, don't remember the name of the subdivision. Mont Blanc, maybe?

Yeah but that three miles is a pain. And you have to do it multiple times a day. At least an hour wasted a day if so. The place is beautiful and the city will grow that way making it much more convenient in 5 years from now I bet.

Me = South Louisiana Street (old Abbeville)

I know your old hood, have friends who live there. Back in the day, you could walk across the bridge and Booom, Perry Bar!
