That link is gone.
I mean, it should be pretty self evident that you can't hang flags on shite you don't own. Maybe LCG should be trying to work with them on hanging the flags, officially, but they are right, its a liability in a litigious society.
LCG could handle it better, knowing that these weren't just random flags and no one from the community really minded. But, you can't just grab a ladder and put shite on poles you don't own.

Yes, he's a TPOS progressive a-hole. The guy actually wore an "I Love Obama" shirt to Red's. If they were gay/trans, ANTIFA, BLM flags he would not have said a word.

Not exactly positive on this but I believe he got informal/verbal permission from LCG to do it. Liz Webb Hebert who is our councilman has been working with him and others to update/write an ordinance that would allow them to go back up. What I dont get is why they didnt just wait until this was resolved to take them down or leave them up. People that don't live here probably think it was just a couple flags. I would venture to guess there were about 75 to 100 flags along miles and miles of neighborhood streets so it will be a lot of work to put them back up if he has to do it again.

Yes. Doc's been doing it for quite a while. I wondered how long it would be before someone said something.
Personally, I don't care, and it's amusing. But they are on city light poles and the city controls those.
