Friends & enlighten thinkers, the ridiculous right wing rabble are attacking my Business, The Wurst Biergarten. A Family Friendly Biergarten in the Heart of Downtown Lafayette, LA. Their cowardly forms of attack are 1 Star reviews on my Google & Yelp Business Page. Each of these malicious reviews are being reported for review & deletion. However, this takes time. They are using these platforms… as they are easily blocked on my social media platforms. The Post on my personal social media (FB & IG) which has them apoplectic is readily available for view and must’ve hit a nerve really close to the bone. As intended. {included}
I normally ignore and/or block their access. But a friend of mine, outraged at these people, mentioned to me the thousands of people who love & respect the efforts The Wurst & are probably unaware of these malicious attacks. Suggesting that I inform you in an effort to rally people in defense of The Wurst.
So in this vain, I’m humbling requesting that you take a few minutes to post reviews on The Wurst Biergarten. Fighting fire w/ fire as it were. If you’ve never attended my facility due to proximity… That doesn’t really matter as 95% of the people who are leaving 1 Star reviews for The Wurst have never been to The Wurst either.
Thank you for reading this and possibly helping me thwart the right wing madness that The Wurst is currently dealing with. I know your time is valuable and not to be wasted… But my appreciation would be endless regarding this matter. ????

Well…I just put my own 1 star review and the screenshot of his OP on Instagram. How in the hell is this douche gonna try and rally the troops with his people? I’ve been to this place plenty of times. Like I said, it’s full of picnic tables. You will be sharing a table and having a beer with other people. Chances are, those people might not align with you beliefs. You just have normal conversation and drink a fricking beer…not apologize for who you voted for…

Amen. I know this guy and having an intelligent conversation about opposing views of any kind is impossible.
On the other hand, I have met some wonderful people while drinking at a shared picnic table there.

I just dont understand voicing something like that, especially in Lafayette. In New Orleans, you could get away with it, but I would be pretty pissed if I was a business partner of his.

Hopefully that keeps up and he at least acknowledges how stupid this was. For now, he's doubling down which seems really stupid in an area like Lafayette.
