Do you have a lot of electronic devices in your home? It very likely sounds like electromagnetic hypersensitivity is a component of your wife's symptoms

My 78 year old mother in law has fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and is currently recovering from Lyme disease.

Fibromyalgia- No she doesn't
Osteoarthritis- Sorry man. That's too bad
Lyme Disease- was this legit Lyme Disease like from a tick bite or was she convinced by her friends that she had "Chronic Lyme Disease" and went to see a quack like Dr. James Sponagle who prescribed her like 50 supplement pills/day?

Well the fibromyalgia diagnosis was confirmed by a specialist in Atlanta. Why do you think she does not have it?

Yes the lyme disease was from a tick bite. Dont know the doctor you mention. She was on some really strong medicine for the Lyme that really hurt her stomach and digestive system. But she is much better now.

She has a known medical condition I think. Could be legit.
