I said it because he is a piece of shite with a clear-cut violent history. He did more than his part to make North BR a shitty place to live and be. I don't have an ounce of sympathy for him, and in fact- wish all the bad things prison can bring down upon him. Is that clear enough?
yet you want to give him an easy way out by saying swim across the river and your free? Im just unsure if you thought that it was a death sentence and some force is gonna come sweep him under and drown him cause he tried to swim across the river.

I mean being i knwo that swimming across the river isnt a death sentence and can be done i was wondering if you were making fun of black people for not being able to swim cause that was the only other reason if you were dumb to believe the above.

As for your last question- you are clearly showing a sympathetic eye because of what his race happens to be- which is lame. But that's on you- not me.

my showing sympathy? How so? Im questioning your intelligence.

It’s not my fault you’re to stupid to understand simple explanations. No need for insults.

You sure seem more worried that someone is making statements based on his race.
Perhaps you are unable to judge people as individuals. I am. I do not care if he's black, white, Asian, or Pacific Islander. I believe he's proven that the world is a better place without him in it.

Ahh yes- the river. If you think the Mississippi River at BR is a typical swim, you are simply mistaken. Maybe you're a former Olympic Swimmer, and it's no big deal. Most people aren't. I'll play those odds.

WTF i was questioning your intelligence about the river...... and then my next question was if you were cracking a joke based on race. If you were? Haha thats funny.

finally you picked up on the real topic i was responding to. No it doesnt take a Olympic swimmer to do this. anyone who can stay afloat can swim across the river. you will end up a few miles down the river but if you want this as a test, you will have a lot of murderers walking the street after they swim across.

frick dude. you really have issues if you got that offensive when i asked if you were making a joke.

Holy hell that was five years ago? I remember the tigerdroppings thread about it

The HFC law gave the DA the ability to put the guy away for life. The Hate Crime would not have in this case. Dudes at ANGOLA doing life for theft over $500 with the HFC. Judges and DA’s get tired of seeing you bye Felicia.

LA has had 3 strikes before baseball was around.

No, I'm good man. I don't take things quite that seriously.

If I came across as a jerk- I apologize. This is just killing time when I get a minute or two. That you can believe.

Hate crimes are the most retardest shite ever.

Isn't all violent crimes, hate crimes? If you rob someone, you are hatin on them. If you murder/rape someone, then you are definitely hatin on them, etc.

If we feel like a hate crime needs harsher penalties than the equivalent not hating crime, then we just need to make the punishment for regular crimes harsher instead. A crime is a crime, is a crime. All crimes of the similar nature should be judged equally, and not give harsher punishments based on race. Ex, a black man kills a white guy, brown guy, blue guy, red guy, black guy, etc he should face the same punishment for murder across the board, for all races.
