Ransomware virus that has been hitting govt networks. Encrypts files on servers and they offer to remove it for a fee.

If so, it probably means the TAP portal itself is screwed or they can’t process the stuff even if it comes in on the back end.

Every time I've tried, latap was completely down. I was able to log on to eparish monday and it was up and down yesterday until the afternoon. Since then it has been completely down.

My understanding is that some of the affected systems displayed a white screen with "RYUK" in bold letters in the middle, and "proton mail" in smaller letters in the top left corner.
All of the systems where I'm at have been up and running since about 10:30 am yesterday. Some things are running a bit slow but we are at 100%.
