Washington will not reopen this semester so you can bet every other State will rush to do the same.

At the moment they are technically closed through April 30th. However, as others have said, the conventional wisdom is that it is highly unlikely that they will open at all this semester.
The state is most likely getting their ducks in a row on things like pupil progression, grading, graduation requirements for seniors, etc. before making an announcement. They likely need input from both the feds and from the districts in making those determinations.

No new official word but I think people are kidding themselves if they think kids will be back in school this school year... I think this "lockdown" "isolation" whatever you wanna call it, carries through at least May...
