If you want to see some high comedy, wait until Francis Thompson speaks on the marijuana bill. Here was old Franny talking about the first medical marijuana bills in 2016. Talk about a guy way out of his depth and spreading reefer madness without any sort of valid argument whatsoever.

Lets not forget the high number of private prisons in LA. They get money for prisoners. Weed=more prisoners.

HB699 is still up for debate today.
