I said it before and it was unpopular then...I think they find him guilty of something that calls for some prison time. May not be much, but something that splits the baby.

I don't get why these guys don't just go with the strongest attorney in closing. Binger did a great job with his closing but for some reason they go with the fat guy for the rebuttal. It should have been Binger vs Bald Guy.
For some reason both of these attorney teams have weakened their arguments by not just doing the obvious thing and having the stronger attorney handle the entire close.
It's like putting the backup QB in during the 4th quarter just for the hell of it.
