I just got a laugh or if how the judge made getting picked sound like you'd won the lottery.

If this guy keeps droning on and on, he's going to give the prosecution the chance to rebut in the morning so they'll have all night to craft what they are going to say, which doesn't seem like something as you'd want as a defense attorney.

Did counsel give the "clicker" to the other attorney to operate because his cadence, etc has vastly improved.
ETA: NEVER MIND. I just saw him with it. I guess he is just getting into a rhythm.
