He is giving WAY too much leeway to the prosecution. Yes he is getting on to them but he isn't doing shite else. Down vote away, but frick this judge.

With all the discussion about possibly suing Biden, there is absolutely no way strings are not being pulled somewhere to get at least one conviction.

It's kinda strange how people latch onto these things and treat them as if it is some type of hobby.

I wonder if anybody in this thread would be remotely affected by either outcome.

Potentially. The left is pushing hard to remove the right to defense. This case is huge in that regard.

Precedent set in this case in regards to self defense affects everyone. Whether you chose to care or not is another matter.

I don't care about the ruling in this case - if someone breaks into my home they're getting shot - period.

Where you live in the future will go a long way to staying free, if this should happen.

Tell us you don't know anything about legal precedent without saying you don't know anything about legal precedent

The judge allowed the prosecutor to argue that Rossenbaum was provoked by Kyle supposedly raising his gun on Zaminsky.

Closing arguments today... Does the prosecutor do as badly at closing as they have during the whole trial? Does the jury deliberate thru tomorrow or will we have a quick verdict? Will people riot with an acquittal?
