S76 can hold at least 10. I used to fly those with Air Log. The birds I rode overseas could hold 12 in back plus the pilot and co-pilot.

B model most likely VIP configured 6 to 8 pax seats plus 2 pilot seats, flown single pilot a lot. I currently help maintain 2 C+ versions which has different engines. Complex but reliable aircraft.

This has to be one of the stupidest things I've ever read on this board. Why would anyone automatically think about money.
Money isn't the end all for what life is about. All those hundreds of millions Kobe made are meaningless to him because he's gone.

C+ had the 2S1's and the ++ had the 2S2's IIRC. Has my memory faded?

You're correct.B model has Pratt and Whitney PT6B-36a and C plus and C++ has SAFRAN (formerly known as Turbomeca)Arriel 2S1 or 2S2

The thing looks like it exploded on impact like it was made of paper. I can’t imagine being the on-scene techs filtering through shite like that to ID bodies.

The flight track that Fox showed had it going from 150 knots to up over 200 it appeared while the altitude spiked into the ground.

155 knots is the never exceed speed referred to as VNE.

Goddamn. 230mpg into a hill will papier-mâché anything. Lift control failure?
Posted on 1/26/20 at 6:06 pm to BuckyCheese
Over 200 appears to be redline speed from my quick google search of a max of 178 and a cruising speed of 155mph.

Report I saw earlier had the decent at like 4500 FPM with a ground speed at like 155 knots.
At least they didn't feel anything. Jesus Christ that thing was falling like a rock.
