Nespresso machine and kitchen-aid stand mixer. I’m not a fan of excessive appliances.

There’s a reason why when you watch TV sitcoms that feature middle class families, the kitchen counters are always cluttered with appliances, assorted seasoning containers, other containers of unknown substances, and various unitasker devices. People get paid good money to design sets with the psychology of their characters.

It reflects laziness, a lack of organization, impulse buying, and all the other characteristics associated with being stuck in a middle class lifestyle.
