of course it is. There’s nothing worse than a grey goose vodka snob
Yeah, I buy the gallon Tito's for $28 and keep it in my freezer at all times.
That's probably my favorite vodka around, even including the really high end stuff.

I’m sure they are made very similar but saying they are the exact same is bs. Natty is noticeably shittier in taste

I know the joke is to say bud and Coors and Miller are water, but the shite tier beers are so much more watery. They exist for mass consumption by college kids.
I had my first michelob ultra this weekend
now that is a supremely shitty beer

I usually just use vodka in cocktails, so I'm not very picky. As long as it's not taaka or aristocrat, I'm usually fine. But the Kirkland vodka is cheap, and liquor prices are a rip-off in Alabama.
Honestly, if I want a cheap beer, I found a store that's an alcoholic wet dream. It's a place in the hood that sells any beer for 50¢ each, regardless of what it is. And it's all within a couple weeks of the best buy date, or just past it. But during Mardi Gras, I bought several cases or Fat Tire for $6 a 12 pack. I've even bought expensive stood like Sculpin for $3/6 pack, and that stuff would cost $13-14/6 pack in Colorado.

I've heard the same thing from other people who work at AB. It'd be more expensive to brew two separate beers.
Using that logic, bud heavy and Bud light are the same beer.

can't tell you how many people I've seen fail the blind taste test between the two.
People who drink Bud light or Natty light don't usually have the most discerning of palates.
And LOL at your proof being a post from a random Homebrew forum.

I honestly don't care that much about the bud light Natty debate, even though I'm pretty sure bud light is just but with water added. So I wasn't bothering to dig very deep past my first Google result.
I really just meant to post funny fake commercials for a shitty beer that's sold in 48 packs.
And yes, people who pi a k a guzzler over anything don't really have developed beer palates. But it's still funny to watch them fail to tell their favorite shitty beer from another one.

I have an actual friend who works at AB. This is how he explained the NL/BL situation at AB. Natural Light was AB's first premium light beer, but it didn't sell very well, it had their best ingredients, best brewers developing it, etc. The key word being "Premium".
AB reformulated a version of Natural Light and called in Bud Light as their "Premium" light beer version of Budweiser to compete with Miller Light. They also put a ton of advertising dollars behind it.
So what my friend, who is a regional rep, for AB says it that NL is a premium beer, the same as BL, but without the advertising.
That is supposed to mean that it has the same premium ingredients, just a different formulation, and advertising.

Kirkland Vodka is basically Grey Goose as well.
Kirkland is an awesome brand usually, but their light beer is nothing special.
But, I will always swear Grey Goose is overrated. Ketel One and Tito's are both a lot better to me.
you realize grey goose is a schitty product in a pretty bottle right? its all marketing

No doubt marketing is key to their success. But it's not like it's Popov or Takka. It's also a lot better than absolute, imo. But I won't order it. There's a million good, cheap vodka brands out there. And it's not like it's whiskey, or a liquor that varies a lot between brands.
