Trying to use the excuse that they don't know what they're doing is borderline insulting given that you are insinuating that they are not at least marginally informed about one of the biggest events in modern human history (WWII).
New Orleans has one of the highest regarded museums in the country in the WWII museum, fair to assume almost every child growing up in New Orleans has gone on a field trip

If I would have watched the video without sound or the supposed infraction, I would not have thought they were doing Nazi salutes. They looked like college age kids messing around with people in the crowd. I would like to see what there are looking at
