If your small child has YouTube Kids. Delete the app. It is the most ADD App I have ever saw my kids use. It is just random short clip after random short clip. That app cannot be good for a child's brain.

My birthday is 9/30.
I didn't get held back, and was generally considered one of the smartest kids in my grade.
No ADHD either.
Really think it just depends on the kid. Some who are younger really aren't ready, but sometimes they are.
