We haven't even heard from the Florida challenger. Wonder if he just had a bad day? Or is it poor performance due to bars being closed?

Or maybe it wasn't newsworthy? It is Florida, that kind of stuff is normal.

this should not be a crime

he is on private property and his own at that, then there is no jurisdiction for police to invent a crime to charge him with based solely on their speculation he must have been driving before they found him parked in his driveway

I thought this was pretty weak as well.
