You have no experience with a woman who is married and over the age of 40. Most women in their 40s aren't insecure calorie counting gym rats, which is what you have to be in order to look like you are 20 when you are 40. You have a small minority who are that obsessed with it but they are hollow empty souls who have no joy in life.
She looks like a normal woman to me.

I don't have a single 40+ female relative that is overweight, let alone obese.
Some if that may be good genes, most of it is eating healthy and going for a walk.
