Yes, she is rich and does have access to high quality nutrition and fitness if she chooses.
And if she chooses she can undoubtedly get back in shape quicker than most mothers because of that access.
But being rich doesn't mean your body defies all human science. She had a kid exactly one month ago today, Jesus.
