my fiance supposedly had massive tits when she was younger. she got a breast reduction her junior year of high school because her frame couldn't support them and it was causing back and neck issues.

I was a lot disappointed when my wife did that. Good thing she was retarded and did it while in high school when they were still growing, so they came back for the most part. and once little one popped out, then they really got back to the right size, for me.
